The Acquirer
Worklife Group Europe AB (formerly Tenant & Partner Group AB) is a Swedish platform company founded in 2009, headquartered in Stockholm. The group operates approximately 85–98 employees across Stockholm and Gothenburg, with a vision to create inspiring and meaningful working life for everyone. Member companies include Tenant & Partner, Works Arkitekter, and Worklife Academy.
The Transaction
In November 2018, Tenant & Partner Group made a strategic investment in Diwo AB, with Diwo retaining majority ownership. The partnership brought together digital and physical workplace expertise — enabling a comprehensive approach to workplace productivity. Both companies subsequently became part of the Worklife Group platform, combining their capabilities across digital transformation, office strategy, and workplace design.

Producer of niche B2B conferences and business courses in the technology and economy sector — building communities for professionals to share experiences and case studies. Acquired by Worklife Group.
The Company
Summit & Friends produced niche business courses and large-scale B2B conferences within the technology and economy sector. Their events served as key community-building platforms for business professionals to share experiences, gain insight through practical case studies, and stay current on industry trends. Conference and course brands included Digital Workplace Summit, Rethink Office, Rethink HR, Analyticsdagarna, Analyticskurser, and Aware DMS.
The Acquirer
Worklife Group Europe AB (formerly Tenant & Partner Group AB) is a Swedish platform company founded in 2009, headquartered in Stockholm. The group operates with a vision to create inspiring and meaningful working life for everyone, bringing together companies across digital transformation, physical workplace strategy, architecture, and leadership training.
The Transaction
Summit & Friends was acquired by Worklife Group, integrating its conference and education platform into the broader group ecosystem. The acquisition strengthened Worklife Group's ability to build professional communities and deliver knowledge-sharing at scale across the workplace transformation space.

Leading Nordic provider of PBX and telephony solutions serving approximately 3,500 business customers, including subsidiary Pingaway AS in Norway. Board advisory role. Acquired by Telavox.

Frontdesk Nordic AB was a leading provider of PBX and telephony solutions with approximately 3,500 business customers. The company offered everything from simple business numbers to advanced, integrated communication solutions — helping organizations across Sweden create modern and efficient workplaces. Frontdesk was also active in Norway through its subsidiary Pingaway AS.
The Acquirer
Telavox is a business-only mobile operator with over one million users, from small businesses to global enterprises. The company provides cloud-based communication solutions spanning telephony, PBX, and AI services. Founded in 2003 in Malmö, Telavox today has approximately 500 employees with operations across the Nordics and Benelux.
The Transaction
Frontdesk and Telavox had worked closely together for several years. Through the acquisition, Telavox integrated Frontdesk's operations in Sweden and Norway — including Pingaway AS — into its own organization, strengthening its direct presence in the Nordic market. For Frontdesk, the transaction represented a natural continuation as an integrated part of the platform it had long partnered with.
